Rates & Conditions
Included in the total priceRental price for two weeks include compulsory final cleaning charge, cleaning every day (2 hours), bed linen, towels, sufficient cutlery/crockery, electricity gas, use of three bicycles, Satelite TV (Astra/Eutelsat, incl. SF 1 + 2, Info).
Deposit
A deposit of EUR 500.- has to be paid locally in cash to the keyholder. (Will be refunded after property is left in order.)
